Ingredients:
- Blanco tequila
- Cognac or Armagnac
- Rum (dark or spiced)
Instructions to Make a Sour
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the citrus juice, syrup.
- Make the sour as outlined above without the egg white.
- If using an egg white, shake without ice. If not, go to step three.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with the cherry or orange slice.
- Add a splash of water and muddle to mix.
