There are some situations when you are not satisfied so we are not going to keep your money if you decided that our themes are not suitable for you. You have a 14-days period after theme or subscription purchase to return your money back. No questions asked.
All our plans include one year of auto-updates and support. It means that within this period you can create support requests on the forum, download themes and updates. After that, you will still have access to purchased theme features and you can continue using them. But you will not be provided with support and updates if you don’t prolongate your subscription period.
Yes, you can. You can cancel your subscription at any moment. Within the “Subscriptions” section of your account, there’s a button that opens a window to cancel your subscription automatic payment via Paddle. Then your subscription will status will be changed to “Pending cancellation” and you will be able to use it till the subscription period is over.
