For how many websites I can use a theme?
There are a few different price plans for our themes. You can purchase a single theme or join our “All themes plan”. In both situations, you can also select a number of websites between 1, 3, 10, and “unlimited”. The price will be changed accordingly. You can compare our price plans on the “Pricing” page.
Can I translate your themes into other languages? Do they support RTL?
Yes. All our themes are fully compatible with basic WordPress translations plugins like Loco Translate. So you can translate or simply change any word/text on your website that related to our theme. All our themes are optimized to be used with RTL as well.
In addition, you can create multilanguage websites with our themes as well. All our themes are fully compatible with WPML. Read more information in our documentation.
Do you have technical requirements for your themes?
Our themes are developed keeping all the best practices and WordPress coding standards. So in most cases it works flawlessly on any servers that support WordPress in general. Basic PHP requirements are listed here. If you have any doubts or questions related to our theme requirements please contact us or create a topic on the forum if you already our member.
Do your themes optimized for mobile devices?
Absolutely! All our themes are fully responsive to be diplayed perfectly on any kind of device.
How to install the theme on my website?
Our themes have a very smooth installation process and shouldn’t cause any difficulties for you. They can be installed via Appearance -> Themes in your WordPress dashboard as well as any other themes for WordPress. If you are using a WordPress theme for the first time, we suggest you check our knowledge base and read the basic information about our theme installation process. Can I share my website access with your support staff?
Yes, you might be asked for your website admin and FTP access in some complicated situations on the forum. This data have to be posted under the “Private Content” field. Then it will be visible to our support staff only and not available publicly.
Why should I have a registered account on your website?
If you want to purchase and download any of our themes you need to register an account. This is required for us to track your orders and subscriptions. Your account also gives you access to our support forum so you can post your support requests there.
How long will I receive themes updates and support?
All our plans include one year of auto-updates and support. It means that within this period you can create support requests on the forum, download themes and updates. After that, you will still have access to purchased theme features and you can continue using them. But you will not be provided with support and updates if you don’t prolongate your subscription period.
Do you provide auto-updates for your themes?
Yes, all our themes can be updated automatically via your WordPress dashboard. For this, you will need to activate your theme with the license code. All your license codes are listed in your account section. Read more information in our Knowledgebase.
Do you support your customers?
Of course, we provide all the necessary support to our customers. If you have any difficulties working with our products we will do our best to resolve all your problems as soon as possible.
