How to configure Google login

Here is a step-by-step instruction how to configure your Google APP and enable Google login on your website with our Xtemos Space themes. Note that login and registration function is a part of the WooCommerce plugin so it will not work on websites without WooCommerce.

1. You need to go to https://console.developers.google.com/apis/dashboard/ and create a new project for your website.

2. Then open Credentials section in your APP’s dashboard and configure the OAuth consent screen and fill the form with your website’s details.

3. Go ahead and create new OAuth 2.0 credentials for your web application as per screenshots. Use your account page URL in the format shown on the screenshot. You can take an actual URL from your Theme Settings -> Social authentication

4. When you create new credentials you will see a popup with your client’s ID and secret word. You need to copy them and paste into your WordPress Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> API integrations -> Social Authentication google fields

After all these steps, you should be able to login to your website using Google button.
